I've done a few fender exit exhausts. Here's a video from the latest one I did for a turbo SN95 Mustang drag car. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6Q8F36ympM Cool for a drag car but they suck on the street or on anything that's driven for more then 10 minutes at a time.

Turbo sitting too close to oil return on block

The OEM pan on a SR20DET is about 3" deep and about 8" square. Its completely full of oil. -
