proxlamus©
It looks like he has 280zy rear fenders and possibly the subtle Z front fenders so he could use a more traditional front valence and 240z front bumper. I've tried searching without too many positive answers. Anyone know?!
Six_Shooter
Definateley not Subtle Z front fenders. They look like modified YZ (ZY?) fenders. They are far too wide to be Subtle Z fenders.
texis30O
YZ body kit, minus the front bumper section.
proxlamus©
Interesting. I wonder if the fenders had to be modified to use the 240z front and rear bumpers. I'd hate to buy them, mount them and say.. oh sh*& this doesn't work. Stunning car.. I would love to emulate the styling!!!
Derek
Hey I can see my car from here! The red one with the hood up. I called bill. They're from Reaction Research I'm sure if you call them and say I want bills fenders he'll probably know which ones. Derek
thehelix112
Here is another pic from the front. Maybe both the front air damn and bumpers have been widened with fibreglass? Those white stripes would be great places to cover the work too Dave
proxlamus©
Derek, Thanks for calling Bill! Reaction Research offers 280YZ, the 940Z and the Subtle Z set of fenders. Only difference is the 280YZ is 1.5" larger on each corner. Just looking at the 280YZ kit it seems it would be difficult to blend a traditional valence and bumpers, the Subtle Z and 940Z seem a bit easier. But.. I have to ask the right questions =) I just sent John at Reaction Research a e-mail.
proxlamus©
Looks like you guys were right. 280YZ kit.. the valence and bumper were modified.
GOTHALOSISM
I love that stance. Those wheels are worth more than the bodykit though. It would be hard to find something affordable that can fit that nicely. Good job Bill!
Wedge
Id love to Photoshop a Z with YZ in the back and mark rolston style in the front.
1 tuff z
I met BIll at the Daytona convention a few years ago and if memory serves me correctly he sliced & diced both air dam & front bumper to widen them in order to fit the super wide front end/fenders. If you look closely at the head on shot thehelix112 posted in #6 you can see how the headlights are positioned further outboard than a stock headlight case. The car is awesome to see in person and even more impressive when Bill is driving it at 10/10ths!

carusoracer
Great to see. The flares on #2 where done right. I know Bill, and he is meticulous with a great eye for subtle Flair, pun intended.
