wickiewicked240z
Made a speaker box has 3 chambers one for each 6x9 and a 8" woofer and it fits on top of the rear storage compartments. It's a nice simple system while still having back room.
Nelsonian
I love the attention to detail that you have poured into this build. Fantastic results with your car. I am on a similar path with eliminating all possible rust and coating where possible to prevent future rust as much as possible.
wickiewicked240z
So this weekend I decided to mess with these HID lights since the ebay type 7" round headlight suck. The glare is horrible its like its always on high beams. So I decided to mess with the projectors I opened them up and right away I saw that the lens looks like the bottom of a coke bottle just bad, and it didn't have a cut out plate. I had a set of silvia 2 projectors that I had used on a 240sx I used to have, I took those apart and used the low beam projectors which have a fixed cut off plate. Made a fiberglass enclosure so no moisture gets in. Yet I'm still using the original buckets just that I had to cut the back part but still retain the spring so I can align the light. I used blue sealer I had laying at the house bad idea it shows, but I was to lazy to spend more money. So I used ebay type 7" headlight housing s13 silvia projectors fixed low beam ( for now till I get some bi-xenon projectors so ill have high/low beam)
