jomz shakes Posted September 10, 2012 Share Posted September 10, 2012 okay so i have an NA 1982 280zx, i bought the pace setter headers off ebay brand new without thinking,, do these have a egr tube on them?? anyone familiar with these??? can i have a egr tube custom welded on there?? does it have a port allready?? i ahvent opened em up yet. jomz shakes Posted October 30, 2012 Author Share Posted October 30, 2012 Installed the pacesetter headers yesterday, my neighbor helped me. the egr tube was not long enough and it had to be cut and made a loop extension pipe and used jb weld and some heat wrap to mend it. also there were 8 mini circular shims that had to have a 1/8th inch grinded off them to be flat so the intake and exhaust manifold would fit flat. it came with a gasket and i bought a felcro gasket and some copper heat spray for the gasket. 2 studs were broken and were a pita to get out, but they came out!
