There's a reason why you can't find it, and it's because it doesn't exist. Listen to what the guy told you, they are the same exact part. I must remove the coupe windscreen I put in the 2+2 back in '91! It could shatter at any moment, apparently. I mean, it fit perfectly. What did I miss??? Coupe gasket will work on the 2+2 but 2+2 gasket wont work well on a coupe. To be specific, if you read the 1974 260Z 2+2 Supplement (Green Book) it diagrams the windshield opening pinch weld flange on the 2+2 is slightly thicker and therefore the gasket was moulded slightly wider to accommodate it.
