Milenko2121
Well, today sure has been a great day. I had two studs break off the turbo flange of my exhaust manifold. Any tips for removing these, and as to what the replacements are? Thanks
Nelsonian
Upgrades for the exhaust manifold studs can be found here: http://www.hammondsplains.com/z/zworld/pallnet/index.htm

NewZed
I only see one. You borrowed that picture? Doesn't look hopeless, if yours look like that. Your favorite penetrant, heat and patience might get it out. Don't screw up the stub, get a good solid grip on it before twisting. Drill a hole through it to get penetrant to the back side of the threads.
