drdiabetezx66x Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 When you cut it out make sure to cut a few inches outside the welds to give yourself some extra sheet metal to weld back into the hole you cut out. NW240Z Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 I can offer this one. There really isn't a couple of inches to add on for a margin. You can get about a half inch. This one has a little surface rust but pretty solid overall. It measures 32 x 32 x 12 roughly so you end up with an oversize box. PM if you are interested. I checked the spare tire well and it is in excellent condition, as is the spare tire and rim, hold down bolt, and fiberboard tire cover. I was going to cut out the spare tire well to free up some weight and make a fuel cell installation easier.
