VSnakeByteV
I'm doing an LT1 build and wanted to beef the rear end. I'm looking to get rear disc and wanted to do a rear end swap that has rear disc. What are you running, and how difficult was the swap (including the drum to disc conversion)?
wayverippah
I've got a cammed LS6 in mine. Don't know which Z you have, but an R200 diff will handle the torque perfectly fine. The weak point is the half shafts. I personally went with the Wolf Creek CV setup and the Techno Toy Tuning rear Wilwood brake conversion and they are fantastic (and relatively easy to install). Check the FAQ's... All of the information you seek is already there.
VSnakeByteV
Okay cool. Sorry for not being up on the terminology, what's an r200? I'm fairly new to all of this!
SleeperZ
R200 is the stock rear end that came in the 280Z.
