Cruez
Well, I blew some of the money I had put back to start my hybrid... Went to the airshow yesterday and....well I wanted to fly... Saw a couple of outfits selling normal plane rides, but one guy was giving aerobatic rides on a ...T6 Texan. dunno how many g's he was pulling when he pulled a loop out of a dive, but it felt great. Ready to go again.....(when funds are availiable )
CruxGNZ
Ahh, you BASTARD! Sounds like a lot of fun . My buddy and I go flying but you can't exactly pull some G's in a Cesna 172. That trainer is the one that you sit side by side in, right? !M!
Cruez
Actually, Pilot is in front and I set behind him. Full controls in both seats... It was a trip, They are based somewhere near Peachtree, Georgia... I can't imagine what kind of G's a Fighter jet can pull.... or even better.... these small acrobatic planes
denny411
Sounds like a BLAST. I would like to get my pilots licence someday, but I would prefer to keep the plane right side up.

Cruez
I was told that a normal loop is about 4 G's.... I tell ya what... its more fun than any roller coaster I have ever ridden... lots more bodily pressure also.. I rode quite a few extreme roller coasters.. Now.... if I can only find a way for the Z to pull 4 G's....hmmmm...
80LS1T
Hey Mat73GNZ, what year of 172 do you have? My step dad has a 1949 172. We also have an Aeronka(sp?) Defender, not sure what year that is. You wouldnt happen to know Terry Moneith(Step Dad) would you? He also works at Air Wisconsin. Guy
CruxGNZ
Actually, my buddy is the one with the license. I am just now able to start taking lessons here at Waukesha County airport A.K.A. Crites field. The 172 is just the plane we like to rent. Hey, do you go to the EAA Fly-in in Oshkosh? I love going to that. Sorry, I don't know a Terry Moneith. !M! 80LS1T
Nah but my step dad does. I'm not much of a air plane person. My step dad tried to get me to go into air planes(aircraft inspector job) but I am way more interested in cars! He's a air plane freak! LOL I guess everybody has there favorites. Mine just happens to be cars! Guy
