240Z Turbo
Just finishing a batch of 5 intakes. Any suggestions/comments are welcome. I have posted it under the 4-sale section. I can also do them with full radius velocity stacks on the inside. I need one other beta tester who has dyno access and a stout setup to do some comparisons for me of before/after. Price will be $450+shipping for beta tester, otherwise $600 shipped.

240Z Turbo
Lockjaw, as a part of this deal I will also be including a new heavy duty Lokar throttle cable kit. However, you will need to send me your TB so I can hook everything up. It is the same unit I use on my car and it is very nice. About $40 from Summit + shipping. Also, I will include the Lokar throttle cables on all manifolds and if you can send me your TB I will hook it up so you are ready to go. Thank you, I try to atleast make it nice and do it right. Yes, you send me the TB and adapter, in your case, and I hook it up to make sure it will work with your particular TB. As I said before, if there are any specific holes that need to be placed on the manifold, PCV/vacuum ports/etc, you just need to let me know before hand. The manifold will bolt up with no issue and I will see about making mounts for the stock heat shield. As far as IC piping I cannot guarantee it will line up with what you currently have. Guest ON3GO
i dont have piping yet at all so thats not a issue.
Tony240ZT
The throttle cable looks very clean. How do you attach it to the gas pedal? Any tips on ordering the correct size? Intake looks nice, could use one for my 7M.

Intake looks nice, could use one for my 7M. The size(length) depends on your particular setup. They are all cut-to-fit. Install takes about 1hr. Remove the gas pedal and drill out the rivit that holds the stock ball joint. This hole should be slightly larger than the pin at the end of the throttle cable. The stock hole in the firewall is slightly offset from the pedal. You will need to drill a hole in the firewall directly inline with the gas pedal. Now, slide the cable through the hole and place the pin through the gas pedal to attach the throttle cable. I hope this makes sense?
240Z Turbo
BTW, I have just been by Alex Costa's that he can get me 65mm/70mm/75mm aftermarket polished TB's. I believe they are about $130+ shipping

She will run one day. We are putting a swimming pool in this summer. Our house has been top priority. Garage w/ lift goes in first of next year. I got tired of it sitting in a box so I had to mount it on my turbo motor. I wonder if your plenum will flow with my 90mm throttle body? 240Z Turbo
will u need a adapter with those t-bodys?mike Mike, an adapter is not necessary. The front plate on the plenum will be cut/drilled for that particular TB as if it was designed for it. I then weld that plate to the plenum and it is ready to go. 240Z Turbo
I wonder if your plenum will flow with my 90mm throttle body? Joe, I can change the plenum volume and shape to whatever you desire. I do not know whether having a 90mm TB will buy you much, but I can make a 90mm work on the intake.

However, when I'm ready, I'll get in touch with you. Keep us posted with the dyno numbers. Is anyone stepping up to the plate yet??
