JMortensen
Boy that's dumb! That's taking my whole "big rims look like wagon wheels" thing to the extreme. Put the yoke on the horse and attach it to the front bumper, we're going cruising! On the plus side, those would probably take away 30hp and make any ricer type car REALLY slow off the line by affecting the final drive ratio, so maybe its not such a bad thing. If you're dumb enough to buy those, maybe you don't need that much power... I wonder if they're going to develop 25" rotors to fill the wheels up... BillZ260
Those have to be fake! 30" rims would fit on a full size truck with no modifications since they have those low aspect tires, but on a cutlas? Would be like putting 33" mudders on one. Look how low the diff would have to be. If they are f/real, someone spent 10 times what the car is worth, just to have some funky wheels. 26" tires alone are like 1500 per, can't imagie what 30's would cost. jeromio
I dig it. Excellent cartoon-appeal. I mean, it's not like they "ruined" a great car or anything. They did it entirely for the attention-getting/uniqueness factor. It's creative. Now, whether it's safe or not, I dunno.
denny411
I strongly believe it`s a photoshop job. look at the centerline of the diff cover and compare it to the center of the wheels. Also if you look at the fronts there is no sight of the front lower control arms. for those wheels to trulely fit on that car it would take some serious front suspension modifications. I think the guy photoshopped the wheels onto the car and said it was a phone camera to justify the out of focus look needed to cover up his shody work. JMortensen
Maybe he's got a planetary gearset at the wheels like a Hummer or a UniMog... Jon
