Jay1970Z
I think last years, or maybe it was the year before, had a V8 280ZX in it...I think it they had a pic of it in Hot Rod magazine. It looked like it was gonna dominate in the 1/4 but they broke something before they had a run if I remember correctly.
Guest Aaron
A buddy and I have looked into it, and somewhat started working on a car, however, we both have had other commitments that have kept us from finishing the car. From what I have read on the web site and other places, the scoring is quite fair, and is geared toward a car that performs well in all three parts of the competition. Drag race, road course, and judging. If you are considering doing this, enter it with the intent of having fun, and just see what happens. Then next year you can go back and try to dominate it. BillZ260
I would love to, but everyone on this board lives in a different state!
Guest ON3GO
yeah the yellow 280ZX with the V8 and nitrous won the drag racing running mid 11's.. its been in the challenege for a few years now. im still doing my research on all this and i think its doable if we can find some deals and trade/sell parts. gotta see. mike
