datsunlover Posted May 8, 2004 Share Posted May 8, 2004 The REALLY scarry part about that, is that truck (looks to me anyway) is a TAXI. Also refered to as a 'tap tap'. (as in, tap the roof/side/whatever when you want the driver to stop and let you off) They are all over the place in Hati, and it's amazing how many ppl can get in the back of those things! I saw one with at LEAST 25 people on/in/hanging off it. They drive extremly fast, and not good either! (no licence's/insurance ussually) And the state of them is just awfull. Lights smashed/hanging off, windows busted and cracked, frames bent, ect ect. And I saw guys working on vehicles like that to. Crazy...
