The dash doesnt look bad, the right hand drive and engine would make an awesome old school Z. Pretty rough, but if it was cheap enough it wouldnt be bad. Tim240z
I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole

akeizm
Yuck! Drive it off a cliff haha. Why would you want a l20 in a Z (4 cylinder).
ToplessZ
well if you wanted to make your car right hand drive that would be a good deal. You'll never find the parts to do it stateside. I have a guy that wants to sell me the parts for 400 dollars so if you were close you could buy it. Sell the rear end and a few other good parts on ebay. Stub axles and front hubs that 240 users upgrade too and youve made your money back and you have the right hand drive parts. Send whatever you cant sell the the JY
Guest bastaad525
Yuck! Drive it off a cliff haha. Why would you want a l20 in a Z (4 cylinder). If I'm not mistaken, the 2 liter in that motor is actually still a straight 6. I've seen pics of those in some of the very early japanese fairlady 240's. I believe there were two 2 liter motors, wasnt' the 432Z with the twin cam crossflow head also a 2 liter? As for the auction... I wouldn't touch it either... he could at least post a pic of the engine.
akeizm
Thought that engine had a different name. All the L18's and 20's i've seen were 4's. But hey you never know heh.
Guest bastaad525
yeah the name I"m not sure of, only that there were two 2 liter straight six motors in the Z's, one single OHC and one DOHC. Never heard of a 2L 4 cylinder stock in ANY Z.
DatsunBoy77
The L20b was a 4cyl engine found in some datsun trucks in the 70's here in the states, but the L20's were an L6 motor found overseas
