blueovalz
I cannot believe this was an "accident". I'm more willing to believe the driver and his buddy figured, "hey, see that wooden post over there sticking out of the sand, (he he), lets go over there and plow over it and snap that baby off! ." Chaparral2f
It is truly amazing how strong a well casing can be when it is driven into the ground a couple of hundred feet. I think you're right Terry, just another case of " Hey, Billy Bob, watch this!"
Cody 82 ZXT
That's funny, Can you just imagine what was going through there minds in the miliseconds after hitting the pole and the realization that the pole is not gonaa move and is going to destroy the truck and them. 80LS1T
Yeah they had to have been trying to smash that post. I bet from 50 yards away that looks just like a wooden post sticking up! LOL I dont feel bad for these kind of people. The funniest part is there is no way that their insurance is going to pay for that even if they did have it fully covered for the modifitcations due to it being "offroad"!LOL Guy

Guest zfan
What a bunch of munchkin brains. That had to hurt him and his wallet. What do you tell your insurance agent when you file the report/claim Mike

Guest Chris240turbo
You tell them you damaged your truck offroading, it's not illegal, unless you're trespassing. I wrecked a '92 wrangler while out wheeling, and while it wasn't fun, insurance did pay... I'm glad neither one of those goofballs where killed, crystal beach is fun to drive on, I hate to see it closed to vehicles. I'd wager alcohol played a big part in that wreck, the text says the casing is 6' high, and 14" diameter, OUCH
