Phantom
I'm curious - is this for a Z? If so - I guess you're not worried about road clearance? I tried to put a 3 1/2" exhaust under mine - which is not lowered - and quickly realized I'd be high centering on every speed bump and steep ramp in the area. I have even scraped my 2 1/2" duals a couple times.
cyrus
All those place seemed to not sell aluminized steel. who sells that? I believe stainless is hard to weld and $$$.
myplasticegg
try an electric supply store. I know the ones around here have the big diameter pipes in 45^ and 90^ bends. I have not priced 3.5" but 3" is $15 per bend. Not a bad price at all.

pparaska
If you need really tight mandrel type bends, check out the "donuts" on the last page of the Chassis Shop's (http://chassisshop.com/) Tubing catalog: http://chassisshop.com/pdf/tubing.pdf 3.5" diameter pipe, donut with 3.5" radius (center to center of tubing) is $55. That's Four 90's or Eight 45s! I used the 2.5" donut when making my exhaust.
johnc
$83 per 90 degree bend? My latest price list from SPD lists a 3.5" 5" CLR mild steel .049 or .065 wall 90 degree bend at $39.31 for the full boogie retail price. Its $86.06 full boogie retail for a 304L stainless bend with the same dimensions.
