Guest ON3GO
Okay ive searched and even been looking for hours at pictures that Racer X posted of all the old Z car pictures from the 70's and 80's. im looking for all and any info on how people use to mod there Z's back in the day. like when they were new or say in the 70's and 80's. any pics of your Z's or Z's in the 70's and 80's would be great. looking for little details that will look sharp and or help the car perform better. thanks guys mike

Tony D
Nah, I saw that in "The Love Bug" movies, as I recall then it was dubbed "Jackrabbit Springs" LOL Makes you want to watch the movie to go "Oh yeeeeaaaah it IS!" LOL (My kid says "Hey dad, those hills look like the ones over by the (Moreno Malley) Mall!" Uh, yeah, son, that was where Riverside Raceway used to be, right where the mall is now! "There was a RACE TACK there? Why did they ruin it for a MALL?" We all ask that same question!)
sims76
This may not even be in the ballpark, but... SAFETY? Looks like a little too much oversteer in that turn and a couple of people will get taken out.
johnc
Yes, WSIR and they stopped running the track backwards after they put in the pit walls.
johnc
Looks like a little too much oversteer in that turnand a couple of people will get taken out. Those are corner workers standing on a little knoll on the inside of turn 3. It would be hard to actually hit them because, back in the day, there was a 6' berm that you can't see in the picture.
