Mike C
They are not directional. At least mine are not. Have been switched at least once to try and get extra life from them.
Z-Gad
Nope, not directional and they'll wear fast, being such a soft compound. What size are they and what tire pressure were you running them at?
Guest zfan
Yeah non directional and yes again they wear REAL QUICK! I too have a pair that wear funny, not sure why but they seem ok. Its my 3rd set and on a side note. This is my last set as they do not hook well even at 15-18 psi. On my 383/700r4 combo I spin thru first and a good part of second. Guest ON3GO
there 235-60-15.. i forgot what tire pressure we had them out. i wanted them around 18psi, i think ted was using them around 28? im gonna run them at 16psi on my Z. mike
Garrett76Zt
I've been through two sets, I only use them on the track for the most part. I've not been dissapointed with them wearing quickly . . . i even ran em on the street for a good while. At any rate . . . mine are 225's and with an open diff I was pullin 1.7 60's . . . .they work. Z-Gad
I like the 235/60/15's. They will not hook up at 28 psi. You have to get them a little hot and drop pressures to ~17psi.
Guest ON3GO
ya we found that out once we started racing with them. they do hook awesome, and ted was just pulling off the line like mad with them. mike
Thumper
I was running them at 24psi. Funny thing was is on street tires I can hang with cars on drap radials, but when I put mikes drag radials nothing was able to keep up with me off of the line. Then I found out I was 6psi too high:shock: I can't wait to see mikes car launch with these at 18psi. I was also launching on a rough road so that could cause a different wear pattern then at the drag strip.
