I cant even afford to buy a jack stand kit so I can raise the prelude to do an oil change. And then today dented my tow hook, but I cant afford to raise the vehicle to fix it fmad.giffmad.gif friggin roads are destroying my lowered vehicle. And its not even lowered that aggressively. I'm just so ticked. I need another job so desperately.

I live in a back water hicksville and cannot even afford hamburger for the hamburger helper. I cannot even afford the air to pump up the four flats.

Its a tad cheaper down here than cali by maybe 15%, but its a pretty conservative state and jobs here in phoenix are pretty tight unless your pretty well educated (university town  ). But I hear ya bro, I'm as broke as can be now myself, struggling to sell things just to find a short term rental to move into until I can score a job (which I've been looking for, for quite a while). The people drive lousy here and as such made me lay the bike down which further helped my cause by smacking my face on the street and knocking me out and doing (so far) 1500.00 damage on the bike (and raising).

So please consider yourself lucky and count your blessings, TRUST ME it CAN get much worse, I didn't think so, but I'm lucky I'm alive after the pounding I took on the bike and despite having no place to live within 2 weeks, I know it can get even worse still. Be thankful for what you have is all I can say. Not saying this for sympathy, just to point out that things can be way worse. Take care.

Regards,

Lone

Well, just be sure the drainplug is on the downhill side, and you should do pretty well. A couple of cinder blocks and 2x6's works well, too, as long as you lay the cinder blocks down longways with the holes facing up. I have crushed blocks like that when I stood them on end. Came outside after a break when I was swapping trannies on a chevette and it was laying on the ground with busted block all over the place. I'm just glad I wasn't laying under it when it went!

hahaha my first car was a hyundai sonata V6. it was a great car. i got it when it had 80,000 on it. i drove it until it had 180,000. i had it only for a year and a half. :D

some lady turned in front of me when i was going 60 in a 45 and i crashed into her. we did a backyard fix on the car and made it look ok.

the water pump went on it like a month later. wasnt worth it, so i let it get towed and i never saw it again.

you said "chevette". i said "hyundai" lol.
