fl327 Posted January 16, 2003 Share Posted January 16, 2003 hondas are chick magnets. my buddy and I fixed up this guys prelude sh, lowered it, air intake, welded up a fart pipe, header, more rice rocket effects, and we went cruising to see if we did our homework. god chicks stare everywhere, i mean everybody stared at it, it was black on 18"s with the fart pipe and vtec, we went to lunch in it, it was the bomb i gotta say, we had his 2 15" system bumped to the maximum playing trance music and we were whats happening, we have a thirty minute video of that cruise on kaaza somewhere, we would be the two guys in coveralls cruising the prelude singing the whole time trying to get chicks.... Maybe a 3rd gen car, and soon to be 4th gens working thier way into trailer parks everywhere, but not a first gen - thats a collectible by now. At least at one point in time, maybe not since the Miata came out. Regardless that car pretty much single handedly put Japan on the map. That guy(?) was definitely a troll. Probably 12 years old. I just talked to a guy yesterday who was telling me about when they first came out when he was in high school. He told me that there was one kid who had a 240, and he was the coolest guy in school because of it! Nobody i ever went to highschool with would stoop low enough to drive a fiero. I think they wonder why it backfires all over the place and revs like crazy with mad squat one second, and the next second can't do more than 15mph. The rear is basically a front suspension until the very last year, so most criticize is as not being that good, before the Z (many months ago) I considered one, looked at the mods available...
