Turbo Meister
Just testing to make sure the Z is running O.K. TT383 Engine........" 1 " Hoosier 12" wide QTP tires......" 0 ". Wonder how fast this Z would be if the tires ever hooked. Check out the video! http://album.hybridz.org/data/509/Different_View.wmv

DavyZ
That was great from the beginning when the camera twitched to the engine starting up all the way to the end from when the camera jolted as the front came down a bit on decelleration! silicone boy
What an amazing achievement. Not only do you probably have the fastest streetable (or any) car on HybridZ, but you also made it hook up incredibly well. I could just feel the acceleration. Good job! jbk240z
After watching the clip for the sixth time, I got two words for you.............. HOLY S*&T!!! I am glad to see "The Z" on the road again. When you get the Z to actually hook up, I think mid to low nines will be reality. Have a good one Hanns. Jason

olie05
thats awesome!!! most videos are of the car from the sidelines... or in cockpit. This captures the demise of the tires!

Turbo Meister
Thanks everyone for the comments. I used a suction cup camcorder holder to mount the camera. But it almost came off when the Z started to go sideways. I shifted into second gear but it just kept spinning the tires and I had to get off the throttle. This road is in the hills and has very little traffic, but I just wonder what other motorists will say when they see the wide and extensive tire marks on the road? So after I taped the video I was attaching the camera to get a front view. At that time, out of nowhere, a local Black/White came cruising by. I decided not to push my luck and got out of there. I wonder what he thought of the tire marks? Hanns

jbk240z
I'll bet that cop said "must have been a bad sum' beeching car to do that". Hanns, I'll bet that I speak for others when I say, get that Z to a dyno! Keep on, keeping on, T.M. the great!
