mark
Nothing structural there. Pull it out and mud it. Make sure your filler hose is OK as well as the vent hoses for the tank.
mk2mike
yeah the hose is okay and the fuel door is fine too... but what about the side markers? what do you think about those just shave em or what?
Kennysgreen280zt
Looks like there was a half way repair done there before. Pull it and see how it comes out. If its ok, great, if not youve still got to cut the panel up anyways.
slownrusty
Wow hard hit, I saw the tree you hit over on zcar.com.... I would not even pull it...I would be taking my Sawzall to the scrap-yard...nothing like doing it properly and then maybe finishing it with a thin lick of Bondo. Twoeightnine
Yep. Cut a donor section. Match it to your rig. Weld it. Putty and paint. Hell paint the whole car!

78zlt1
I would replace it with a donor section.

78zlt1
hey thats not bad , get a hammer and dolly and smooth it out more, weld the holes up, hit it with 80 for bite and skim it with a good fiber body filler
J__
it would be way faster and easier to cut in a new quarter than pull, and bondo....

Twoeightnine
it would be way faster and easier to cut in a new quarter than pull, and bondo.... Geez...why do that when we can just toss some goo on it.
EZ-E
I would have to agree with the rest, that still needs a lot of work, you could very easily cut out a good donor section of what you need and weld and paint much easier. Thats just to much work to do with that piece when you really dont have to be doing it.

Also guess what? All that gooping is going to require a butt load of sanding, sweating and bitching. And unless you are a skilled "sculptor" it will wind up looking like poop. Bondo is meant to be used sparingly. Like over the seam left behind when one "replaces" ones quarter section. The Z needs to be beloved. They dont make em anymore Gents!
