2003z
I had chris at www.cecoatings.com ceramic coat my rusty old header. First he derusted and cleaned it, then applied silver coating inside and out, tumbled it to polish the inner part of the tubes and coated the outside in black. 2003z
Indiana, or one of those midwest states that start with an I or O. I know the guy from a powdercoating forum.

OlderThanMe
ok...I heard of a place over in Lilburn that does headers and thought it might be them. Sounds it will help flow a bit being polished on the inside.
2003z
yeah, thats Miller Powdercoating in Lilburn, where I send people to have wheels done when they ask me, because I don't like to do wheels. The cost was $

myplasticegg
Is that a Stahl header? I'm saving up for one... how has it worked out for you?
2003z
Is that a Stahl header? I'm saving up for one... how has it worked out for you?I have no idea. It came on the car, and the tag was too rusty to identify it. Until now, its been a turbo engine running SUs and no turbo, so I really can't say how it worked out. It does seem nicely made though. OlderThanMe
I've seen that header before somewhere...in a book I think... let me check it out. Edit...I think it is the pacesetter header.
2003z
I can make out the tag on it now that it has been derusted. Whats left of it appears to be Hooker Super Competition.
