z ya
I have coilvers and dont think I am gonna run fender flairs. The konigs I received as a present are the wrong bolt centers. Now, when trying to get the proper ones Konig says they dont make them anymore. So, I am looking for some 17x8s with about 20mm bs(5.5 inches). Any help would be great.I have stock 4 lug hubs. Also I dont think I want the centerlines or the Panasports. I like the new tuner look the best. Thanks alot.
Tim240z
ZYA, They aren't eeveryones cup of tea, but I really like the TSW range. They have many of their styles available in the Datsun 4 bolt pattern and will give you the offset of your choice.... Here is their website: TSW Tim
fl327
tsw had some cool wheels, but no 16x8s
Tim240z
Nah, 16x7.5 is about the widest they have But that is generally wide enough unless you're going Gatorbacks Tim
z ya
They dont give any info on their offsets. Do they offer custom offsets on all of ther wheels? I like their designs.

ratedZ
Aren't those made to order wheels hella expensive?...I remember talking to a dealer last year and the quote I got for a three piece wheel was a little over 3g's. Screw that noise! I'll just look for some Enkei's or keep my turbo wheels and spend that money on the engine.
Modern Motorsports Ltd
" Any help would be great.I have stock 4 lug hubs." You could've run the Konig's with some adaptors I offer. With same adaptors you can pick from most any wheel....adaptors converts you to a honda bolt pattern and offset. For tuner styles enkei makes quite a few you can choose from. goto www.tirerack.com and choose wheels for a '95 civic and you can bolt any of those on your Z with the adaptors. if you're not running adaptors your choices are centrelines/panasports/revolutions/and 3pc and perhaps one or two others if looking for new. z ya
I called TSW today and its a no go for wheels for the z! The four lug they carry is for benz's and stuff.Forget TSW...
Guest KraZ4spd
How much are you willing to spend?
Guest KraZ4spd
I got a quote from Compomotive Wheels. "We would be pleased to Build a set of our PS wheels for your Z car. We can build a set of PS 17" wheels in silver powder coat for $1,950.00. The price includes valve stem, lug-nuts/bolts and the coverplate. That was a quote for 17x8's. I don't think that is too unreasonable.

And remember, you can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's wheels.
z ya
So, do you think flair it and go wide with adaptors or leave the body alone and go with adaptors and 17x7's or 7.5?? Do you think a sbc 240 will hook on the street with some 225/40/17's?
Tim240z
ZYA, I spoke to a TSW dealer and they listed several of their style with the 114.3/4 pattern. Did you speak to TSW themsleves or a tireshop? I will probably just get mine from South Africa, since that is where Tiger Wheels originated. z ya
I spoke with a Americas tire and he called TSW right in front of me. I dont know , I am so mad about this whole tire / wheel thing
Owen
My wheels came off a 2nd gen RX-7, never checked the PCD but they fit! They are 10 x 16 and -12 offset I think. Owen
