Welcome to the HBZ smackdown! I ran 18psi when I blew a felpro headgasket. Then upgraded to metal headgasket nothing else and ran 23psi with no problems. If tuned right the l28 can handle the boost. If I dumped my clutch I would get 2.1 60 foots but when I started slipping I got it down to 1.9's I've got an unsprung ACT 6 puck in mine and dont have much trouble pulling 1.6 60's.
