Bartman
I used 'buy it now' to get mine this morning. Eric, How difficult is it to disassemble for paint? Any tips or tricks to help and prevent us from damaging our cars would be welcome.
tickwon
Sweet! Bought mine today...thanks so much. I'm been waiting for quite awhile to add to my collection.
MOTORHEAD427
Disassembly is easy. It takes a few minutes. Careful with mirrors and don`t forget to remove all plastic parts before paint. If you think you will crack the glass, try and mask them before paint instead of removing them. ERIC
Guest l28et
Is or will this be offered in 1:18?
MOTORHEAD427
1/18 scale is a possibility. It all depends on the popularity of the 1/24 model of course. ERIC
Bartman
Mine got here today, and I'm really impressed with the quality: I was planning on taking it apart and painting it...but it looks too nice to mess with.
typhoone
that looks awesome. I can't wait for someone to take out a 350sbc from a chevy and make a hybridz model. lol. is there any chance your company can/will make a 300zx model? I can't find any good ones. tickwon
I got mine today as well...the guy shipped it quick...sorry no pics. But it looks like Bartmans, just with a black hood and chrome RS Watt *like* rims. Very nice Eric... Now for the 280ZX...I know might be wishful thinking. I heard about a 510 coming out is there truth to that? Thanks again for the hardwork.
MOTORHEAD427
A 1/64 510 is coming out soon. But 1/24 and even 1/18 is a possibility! You never know. ERIC
Guest r-willy
The orange 510s have hit ebay, Eric -- any word on what other versions we can expect? Got a larger scale with engine detail in the works yet (hope hope )? LOVE to see that classic done BRE style! Is the BRE-themed Z still coming? Cool to have an inside man -- thanks for any info :icon14:
MOTORHEAD427
We placed the 510 in one of our two Nissan 5-packs in 1/64 scale. What we usually do is, testing the market with a 1/64 scale model first (if we`re not sure about the car, in this case , the 510) Depending on the sales and demand from our distributors, a 1/24 scale 510 should follow and I am all for it! Since it is a recent release, it would be still too early to talk about it. We already have all generations of Chevy Camaro in different scales because like it or not the car is an icon. I`d like to do the same with the Z. BRE 240Z coming soon. Model Kits are released usually about 3 months after the mass market release. I`m pretty sure more graphics versions of the Z will follow. Thank you very much for choosing Jada Toys! ERIC
Sven
I just picked up a black one with Wats. It's my new desk decoration at work.

Was happy to see them there, since I couldn't find them anywhere else.
