SuperPickle
Heya, The car starts up "just fine" and idles "well". However, whenever I go to move it, it bogs out and dies, just like that. I discovered this issue when trying to back out of a parking space. I ended up turning the idle screw to 3500 and limping it home. The only thing I can think of is when I put the (freshly rattle-canned) airbox back in, I put the air filter in upside-down and drove it like this for about 70 miles. Oil was 1.5 quarts low, but had ~60 psi, and all spark plug wires were tight. That's about the limit of my abilities/equipment. Any help would be appreciated. Pop N Wood
It would probably help immensely if you posted what type and year of car you have and whether you are FI, carb, heavily modified, etc.
TBK
according to his profile it is a 77, so check you throttle position sensor for water corrosion or plug not tight!
