280zwitha383
You'll start trying to figure out how to piece it together yourself when you see the price. These people have a bad rep. but for the price I would be willing to give the kit a shot on a JY engine: http://www.ssautochrome.com/level.itml/icOid/1844
k3werra
If i had money to blow id give it a shot esp for just $639. i wonder why the kit is so cheap though? most turbo kits are a couple grand atleast

I have heard that they no longer use the glue on compressor housings though. Don't know if it is true or not. I guess a guy could buy it, and sell the turbo's to the honda guys, if the manifolds etc. are worth a darn, then put some decent turbos on there. dr_hunt
I paid $3500 for mine. Someone else on here had one for sale oin EBAY that went for $3800 NIB. I don't know what Banks gets for theirs. Mine was the race version with SS exhaust logs and 16psi waste gates.

Guest Phallix X
Sorry for bringing this post back up but looking at the Banks turbo site what dimensions do you figure are on their assembled TT small blocks? Do you guys think that a 71 model 240z has the clearance or can make the clearance?
dr_hunt
There is already someone doing that now and it's in a s30. It fits with mods. Banks kit is all quality, mine has Stainless Steel manifolds and is the race kit with 16psi wastegate springs. I'm running a Profec E-01 electronic boost controller. I have yet to run it much.
