Even still they have to rev the engine to the moon to get any decent HP numbers(even though they have NO torque). I think the biggest turbo I've seen on a 2.2 that was driven on the street is a GT42 and it had no boost until way up there around 7k+. A GT55 is bigger than what most SEMI TRUCKS use! Most of the time people need turbo upgrades, you OTOH just need an eninge upgrade I as well stumbled upon the easy power mod. 6.0 swap, Stock GM L92 heads, mild cam, BAM, youre done. 510six Posted March 24, 2008 Share Posted March 24, 2008 Personally, running a T04S bb T67 @ 14psi , 400rwh is PLENTY of horsepower on the street and it spools at 3500 rpm.
