73DatsunZ
When I am driving my Z at night, guage lights that light up my speedo and rpm's are really faint, making it difficult to read my speed. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem too? I want to get the lights replaced. Is that something thats not hard to do? Or should I find and electrician? CArFAn
There is a knob under the dash on the ignition side you can turn to adjust the light/dimness. Left = Dim Right = Bright
Shift
Could be bad ground.
73DatsunZ
That knob was cranked all the way up. Still the lighting is horrible on my mph
BobbyZ
I have heard that you can remove the bulb covers that tint the light a different color (cant remember what color they are... lol) Removing these covers can slightly increase the amount of light on the gauges. Another option that some have tried is LED's Do a quick search you will find that this is a common problem that many try and fix.
