CantZme
I recently purchased a used wiper motor for my 280z(the one with the round plug) to replace my non working unit. When I hooked up the motor the first time it worked beautifully. After bolting it down to the wiper arm, I proceeded to turn the key to the on position and plug in the wiper motor connector. Now the wiper motor doesn't turn and makes a clicking sound when the wipers are turned to the on position. I pulled the motor from the bag and I removed the black plastic cover(the one with the 3 wires going into it) to reveal the source of the clicking, which is a little piece of metal moving up and down?? I dont know what to do at this point as I'm not very experienced, but I was hoping someone could give me some insight as to why it stopped working? lowrider
what a good excuse to use a honda wiper motor. imo they are superior to the datsun one. there is a thread around here somewhere showing how to make the honda wiper motor fit. edit* found the thread http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=82292&highlight=honda+wiper+motor
