turbobluestreak
I thought if you wanted to make it a BOV you need to plug the hole under the gasket with a set screw as well. I wouldn't crush it untill you need to crush it to hold more boost. Mine is crushed and it still reacts very well. I see you're also using the DSM intake, where is the stock dsm bov hose? I'm using the stock hose on my custom intake pipe just fine. tbs
blairjj
Guys, I just finished the following mod to my 1g DSM BOV: http://www.thedodgegarage.com/turbo_bov_mod.html Might want to consider it as an alternative to crushing. Jay

Jay I've done that on one of mine, I haven't been able to test it yet. I'm also toying with the idea of making mine adjustable kinda like the aftermarket BOVs. lifegrddude
Challenger, you will be fine with the bov venting to ATM even during auto-x. I had my blow off valve venting and all it does is run rich for a split second, but it wasn't too noticeable except at idle. I never had my Z stall when I tried autocrossing or just daily driving around town.
