I know it's appeared in a thread about photoshopping, but only as an example of what the poster was going for. Looks more like an airdam not intended for that purpose that was made to fit. Look closely at the corner where the flair, the "bumper," and the fascia all come together. That part looks legit to me, but i could be wrong.
