Dayz
Guys, I need a picture of the DGV linkage. I have the parts but cannot figure it out the fit in a logical manner. The most logical position doesn't work without grinding some pieces...which I don't want to do on this car. Thanks, After this it will be out of its 3 year jail time, or soon to be. SHO-Z
Send me your email address and I will send you some pics. The bell crank on the fire wall will need to be modified.

Dayz
Please do, I am still trying to figure it out. It came used from a 240z 1973, I can make it work but that is not what I want to do. Send me a pic anyway you can, I would love it. Thanks
gjc5500
here is the front carb linkage and the center shaft the rear shaft you run this above the main shaft. i believe the instructions said below. The part that i am touching is the part that needs to be fabbed. i used a old lift point off of a old sbc. another shot of it I hope this helps you. The linkage in the configuration that you see moves and returns very smoothly.
Dayz
Thanks, yes It helped a lot. 1- From what I can see, you have the very small "SU" insulator, between the Canon manifold and the intake. Which would make sense since I don't have enough travel at this time. 2- I am missing some linkage at the Gas pedal linkage, you have a bracket that I don't have. The remaining it the same. Thanks PS. SHOz sent me some pics, I believe there is more than one way to do this.

Daeron
Just out of curiosity, what do you think one could sell a pair of those DGV adapters for? I came across a box full of them at my uncle's the other day, like 4 pairs or so. Just the manifold adapters, though..
Dayz
Daeron, Not much that is for sure. Isee the DGV on ebay for 100-200 for the package, just the adapters are worth..... not too much. Dayz
Daeron
With a pair of carburetors the setup goes for 200 bucks?!?! Thats gotta be the cheapest fuel intake option for a Z there is then.....
Dayz
I seriously believe so...SU that needs to be rebuilt goes for 150-250, I am sure the Weber will pick up in popularity at some point. Dayz
