luvmy280zxt
Quick question everyone, i have an 81zxt, and my throttlebody took a dump along with the position switch. I found an 81 n/n car and was wondering if the throttle body from that could be used as well as the switch on my turbo car or are they different? thanx
Tony D
The T/B doens't care what it's on, you just can't use a T/B with a BDCC in it, the boost will open the bypass plunger. Anything from an N/A car with the BCDD in the intake manifold plenum will work fine---that starts around 81, so I'm not sure what you have or what you're looking at. The TPS is the same 75-83, no worries there.
