AkumaNoZeta
I couldn't really care less about being a sleeper, I just want less piping...so far I'm sticking with the V mount...would having the AC condensor in front of the V mount cause the same harm as the radiator being in front of the IC idea? 510six
On my Uncles Thunderbird SC the Magnum Powers kit(which was very well put together) installed the front mount IC in front of the A/C condensor. The IC did have a thin 16" fan in front of it that came on past 185* and when the A/C is on. The car also has a Ford Taurus fan behind the radiator. The setup works great and never experenced any overheating problems.

The fusion intercooler, every time I read about that idea, it makes me want to try it.
Careless
Man. WHY... WHY did someone post that fusion intercooler thing. I was just thinking of running a air/water intercooler, and now I have seen a way that will potentially negate the use of a separate heat exchanger. DAMNIT. money money money. DeleriousZ
buahahahaha that is all Raff i don't think the fusion ic would work for you, TO gets too hot during mid summer to make it work right i'd think.

I am thinking the same thing about summers in Oklahoma. 3 months of 100 degree weather every year? Not ideal for fusion IC. I still wanna try it thought
WizardBlack
Just use some IC waterspray for your system. Water is a pretty darn good solution. I have designed, built, tested and sold systems that worked in the past. I let a car heatsoak for 30 minutes and ten seconds of waterspray brought the post-IC intake temps down 40~50 degrees F.
