zx_drift
I need help figuring out how to lift my car now... I lowered it with coilovers I built to pretty low.. The pinch welds are about 2 inches off the ground. I can barely get lift arms underneath, but they are so torn up I hate using them.. any ideas? slown280z
Why not just adjust the coilovers? Or can you not lift it to make those adjustments? If that's the problem, make custom made progressive ramps out of wood till you can fit a jack underneath it, then readjust the coilovers. nismopick
1x2's and 2x4's. Line them up in front of the tires and drive up onto them. Pretty sophisticated eh?
280zx 2by2
1x2's and 2x4's. Line them up in front of the tires and drive up onto them. Pretty sophisticated eh? only if you add 2by2's to the equation
PhilbertZ
2x2's FTW! how did you get coilovers ON the car and lower it to the ground?? I use 1x8 cheap-o boards - 2 per wheel - to drive up on with my M3 (which is too low for the crap-o craftsman jack I have.
