help me out: what air dam is this?

Just remove the rubber guards and rubber strips on each side along with the over riders. its not too hard just need deep sockets. after which you are gonna need to get the holes covered either welded or something not to sure. Or you can just find a smooth 240z bumper and brackets and mount it on. Your last two options would be to collapse the shocks to bring the bumper closer to the body. Or get a MSA carbon fiber or Fiberglass bumper.

Personally, I like the early 260z bumper it looks nice and isnt as big as the later 260z and 280z I would just remove the over riders.

yeah looking at the shocks, i think im going to compress them down and bring the bumper in tight to the body. once i remove the over riders i will see how many thru holes in the bumper i have to see if its going to look like crap when i re mount the bumper
