280znoob Posted January 12, 2010 Author Share Posted January 12, 2010 i'm liking the strut bar. how did you make it if you dont mind me asking bought a piece of conduit tubing, cut it to length, had the sides pressed flat, measured the holes for the bolt position, and bolted her on. cheap and does the job. It is actually surprising the kind of axial forces that thin walled cylinders can handle. The best example is seen by standing on an empty soda can. The home made strut tower bar seems a little iffy to me though, I coulda swore i heard someone say something about the strut towers in s30's twisting and not moving in and out.
