it is built now. and i built the car, my buddy(owner of CFT) and me tuned it. i made 280hp 345tq with a stock engine, stock ecu and stock turbo with just a fuel pump, gutted intake, flywheel,exhuast and starion fmic. Made 450 with same as above just a 60-1 turbo and jwt plugnplay kit i made 489 on a stock bottom end with the same 60-1 turbo and jwt plugnplay kit with cams I made 530hp and 501 tq (notice the tq? far above sr territory for that power level) with the same as above just built the motor because i broke it when i didn't know my fpr gauge was bad All the above we also way before nistune exsited and i've built numerous sr20 cars. even a 622hp one.. I love the sr motor but there is no comparison the vg owns the SR. Even more so in the z31 frame as you suggested.

I know the drivers side and passanger side are diff lengths. But does anyone know for sure which side is which. Is the drivers side the longer one or shorter one?

84-86 turbo z31's were T5's similar to that of everycar that uses a t- The input shafts and bellhousings are what's diff between the cars

Sorry i didn't explain enough as it is topic related. im having rfi issues and need a resistor plug so i was searching and found this post which describes some of my issues and im just trying to hunt it down. I know a projected style spark plug firing tip temperature is increased by 10°C to 20°C and that a projected tip gives you an additional step between heat ranges..... so a bpr7 is like a 6.5 br haha just asking.. They are a good group of guys. rolo the tuner is my personal friend and he is extremly knoledgeable. I built the car, Rolo tuned it, i raced it.

Ok, I decided to tow my Z to the track since it is 200 miles each way. well it started as a bad day.. On ym journey to the track someone decided to die in the middle of I-4 so i sat on the heat soaked road with thousands of other ppl for 2 hours.. Poor guy felt bad for him.. then i get about 80 miles into the trip and the trailer tire explodes @ 80mph (almost crashing) remove tire and now trailer is sitting on ground removed car from trailer now trailer is off ground (2 axle trailer) So i ended up driving my car the rest of the way to the track... no biggie wasn't happy but it was better then bing stuck on the side of the road.. so i drive it into the track.. park it and let it cool while i fill out tech form and get a drink and etc... Time for the first pull.. This would be the first pull on th new set-up and the first time at the trakc in my z in approx. 4 years. pass was 10.9 @ 135.... intercooler pipe came off half way through 3rd.. No video because i assumed it would only go 11's. Brought it back put IC pipe back on.. tighten all clamps.. drink water because its like 110 degrees ouside time for run 2.. pull up to lanes.. Track owner says slow it down your not legal.. but he didn't say it to me he said it to my buddy helping me line up.. So i never knew.. so i line up... second pass of the day... 9.38@ 143.20 It ended up being my lass pass of the day as well... (kicked off the track) Worlds quickest and fastest 5spd Z31? pretty sure! and to top it off its on dr's and no spray.

Worn out parts make noise. and so do parts that are meant to move but are stuck. fix that first. fresh new parts with cams makes noise due to the added lifter load.

How much was that out the door? not being nosey. I just need to get rid of this 5spd.

Yes, I spoke to ron Isky about some cams for me and satan and every z31 owner and he he advised me of his past with the nismo camp. and they will cut anyone some cams.
