I'm looking for a 240z passenger fender for my 1970, I am located in Washington state. Don't really have price range so throw me any offers.

It's worth a shot I guess, but the sway bar is flat. The shop says order a new one that goes down then back up.

The rival has started Coilovers, camber plates, and fender mirrors have all been ordered. Getting towed away last wednesday We discovered a problem, the sway bar is hitting the car. Is there a way to fix that? Oh and don't mind the pointing hand.

Been a long time since I updated this thread. This is going to be a thread revival update. So...now the car is at my dads buddies shop getting bodywork, paint, and coils done. She should be done in a month or two.

So i have a dash from a 71 240z that i assumed to be perfect, but now i have discovered a crack. Will update later with pictures. The red is where the crack is.

Wow been such a long time since I last looked in here. Well so far I haven't gotten anywhere school has taken over my life since August. But I am pretty close to getting it done, all I need to do is sell my spare good dash and front valance and I should be able to finish her up wiring, body work. and paint wise. Do you guys think $2500 is a good deal for all of that to get done? So now I am deciding on colors it is between San Marino Blue on the 08 350z or the Lexus LFA Blue. After all the body work and wiring, I need to get new seals, fix the brakes, replace the blown worn out suspension for coilovers, and finish up my exterior.

7/3/11 Update I've gotten lazy lately with the car, I've just been out enjoying the rare Washington sunshine. I haven't updated this for awhile now, schools been out for a while now. I finished primering the whole car black awhile ago. Now I've encountered another problem my door won't open from the outside but will open from the inside.

Yes I'm on a budget, but my dads friend owns a shop and offered to paint the car for me for cheap. I'm going for the Lexus LFA Blue, power wise I don't think I'll do anything to it quite yet. Interior is going to be stock but just an upgraded stereo and maybe seats.I'm done with exterior mods after fender mirrors, new wheels, and a HID projector retrofit. All that is later on though I want to focus on replacing worn out parts first.

I'm trying to decide it's pretty hard though because it's a series 1 with the dash matching numbers with the numbers on the door. I'm open to ideas too.

The dash matches the number but nothing else does, bought this car with a l28 swap already in it. I don't plan on doing much at all really besides changing out old worn out parts for new ones. And some interior work.

The number is HLS30-1680 production date February 1970. Edit: I think it is. The number is either 1280 or 1680.

This car is just full of bondo though but there's no rust at all which is good. I know what you mean by rusted Z's in washington it's nothing but rain 3/4 of the year.

The car is more of a family car my brother, dad, and I share. In my family everyone drives each others cars. He's fine with me putting work into it as he is giving me funds right now, I have to put the money he gives me to a use on something he would be happy about you know.
