I am looking for a complete 2.8 fuel injection system. Everything from wiring, computer, intake manifold, injectors, injector harness, sensers, throtle body, etc... let me know what you have but I am looking for more of a complete set up. I have a lot of other parts I could wheel and deal with if interested in that sort of thing as well. I have a lot of parts ranging from dual webber down drafts, wheels, stock flat top su's, tan interior pieces, etc... I am located in champaign il

I would really enjoy a megasquirt setup so I could do a power adder later and be able to tune for it. In that case would I need to grab from a z? The intake mani and throtle body?

I have a 260 motor in my car now but its just a the block and head.

I have a 75 280 that I have been peicing together. I found a 260 motor for the car. The problem is that I don't have any engine wiring, fuel or ignition setup. Or even an intake mani. I have located someone with a wrecked z willing to part it out (78? 280). My question is what all do I need to get? This is the list I have came up with... -intake manifold -throtle body -ecu -fuel rail -injectors -fuel pump I know there are things I'm forgetting which is why I am here. I have tried searching for a complete list with no luck. Any help would be great. I need to get this car moving under its own will in the first time in likely a decade.

I have some 14 inch american racing wheels that are really light even with tires. Make an offer.

I have dual down draft webbers with intake or a set of flat tops aswell. Make an offer in a pm.

In mention to the "ford blue" . I believe the color you are thinking is sonic blue found on the 03+ mustangs for those interested.

What is different bettween the type 1 and type II from msa?

I am looking for any pictures of s30's with side skirts. Any picture will help as long as it titles what sife skirts they are. It seems like every picture I see they all look different. Maybe listing what they are and where they are from might be best. Trying to quit bieng indesisive about what to get. Pic. Whores post on!!!

Okay back to looking for these. I have money order for 100 bucks shipped to 60936 ready.

I think I am one of few that thinks the black hood, headlight buckets and air dam look unfinished. I feel you need to paint those three or ATLEAST the buckets and:unsure: air dam.

Just as feasible with polyurethane...even more so I feel if you were to throw on the 240 bumpers. You can see in the first pic. of my bumper what I used to bolt the bumper to the headlight buckets. Those would hide easily behind some bumpers. Should I run a front 240 bumper?

There are most definitely fiberglass reproductions out there. Fiberglass and front bumpers are not normally a good combo. Especially on slammed cars! The only cutting you really need to do is like 6 inches off the fender well sides (if that makes sense). Also along the bottum of the \__/ shape. I was torn with keeping the custom front that was on the car when I purchased it haha. Here is a picture of someone elses creativity.

The one you have pictured there is a 99-01 cobra bumper with the 03-04 cobra lip on it. What is a better combo in my opinion is the 99-01 cobra bumper with the mach 1 lip on it. That is a sexy combo! I also feel that the cobra r lip is what makes it flow with the datsun. As you can see in this picture it has a very similar line to it. The picture is right when I got the flares.

its a 2000-01 cobra R. The regular cobra bumper doesn't have the very bottom lip.

That was my original plan but I couldn't get just the foam to look good. I decided to use the mud for the ease of sanding. I will then tape over the whole lip then fiberglass it. Then I should be able to pull off the fiberglass and remove all foam and mud from car. The front bumper is a cobra r bumper from a mustang. It is polyurethane and only took very little cutting/fab to get it to where it is now. I don't have any current pics really of the bumper but here is one from earlier in the build. The grill pictured will not be the one used. The cracks have been fixed and as u can tell from the first pic in post 1 I have cut the sides of the bumpers lip too. Also, yes there is something on the roof. I had an extra hood and a really dented/weak roof, ala double bubble haha. I feel it looks great and looks as if it has always been there and it really stiffened up the roof.
