  1. So, I just walked out of a meeting we had for our group. There was a musky smell outside. I didn't like it, so I said "damn, that stinks!" 5 minutes later, i"m at my desk, and I can still smell that shit. Very strong, musky BO. Of course, I say outloud "goddamn, something smells. You guys smell anything?" Responses say "no." I yell to my coworker "Scott, you smell that shit? that reeks bad! Come over here and smell this!" reply comes "no, i don't smell anything" I get up, walk over to scott's cube, only to realize he has a user in his cube that's turning away as I approach. I try to play it off like "damn dude, it's coming from WAY over there" and point at the other cube, but damage has been dealt. I go back to my cube, sit down, going "damn, that sucked!" Scott then tells me (after the user leaves) that the guy heard me, and told Scott "that's me...." and walked away.
  2. 32 positive offset would require you to add 32mm to whatever size spacer is usually associated with stock 0 offset. This would be an even greater task with ZG flares. Right now, you need spacers just to mount the wheel so it doesn't rub against the spring. Let's say you need a 3" spacer for ZG flares, which is 76.2 mm. You'll need to add 32mm to that to space the wheel out for ZG flares so it would sit the same way a 0 offset wheel would.
  3. mazda never put the 4 rotor in production. mazda repu (rotary engined pick ups) had a 2 rotor motor. 3 rotor exists only in 98+ mazda cosmo.
  4. rufus: i stopped counting after i yanked the stock block out bastaad: it can go back more, about 6" more to be exact, but that will limit my turbo manifold clearance, turbo positioning (as well as lag, because exhaust manifold will be 6" longer!), and there won't be any weight over the front wheels.
  5. So, I was driving home, and I happened to have my camera in the car, and this wonder happened to be in front of me: Draw own conclusions! Then I was walking up to my apartment, saw this, snapped a picture because the situation was begging for some captions!
  6. a ford 302 v8 with aluminum heads and a t5 will be slightly lighter than stock motor, but with better weight distribution. a chevy 350 with iron heads and a world class t5 tranny will weigh about 140 lbs more than stock. Using JTR mount kit, the weight distribution will be close to stock.
  7. haha! that's great! --------------------- BRISTOL, Rhode Island (AP) -- A student group at Roger Williams University is offering a new scholarship for which only white students are eligible, a move they say is designed to protest affirmative action. The application for the $250 award requires an essay on "why you are proud of your white heritage" and a recent picture to "confirm whiteness." "Evidence of bleaching will disqualify applicants," says the application, issued by the university's College Republicans. Jason Mattera, 20, who is president of the College Republicans, said the group is parodying minority scholarships. "We think that if you want to treat someone according to character and how well they achieve academically, then skin color shouldn't really be an option," he said. "Many people think that coming from a white background you're automatically privileged, you're automatically rich and your parents pay full tuition. That's just not the case." The stunt has angered some at the university, but the administration is staying out of the fray. The school's provost said it is a student group's initiative and is not endorsed by Roger Williams. Mattera, who is of Puerto Rican descent, is himself a recipient of a $5,000 scholarship open only to a minority group. "No matter what my ethnicity is, I'm making a statement that scholarships should be given out based on merit and need," Mattera told the Providence Journal. His group took out a full-page ad in last week's issue of the university's student newspaper to tout the scholarship, which was for $50 until two donors came forward to add $100 each during the weekend, Mattera said. It's not the first brush with controversy for the group. The school temporarily froze the Republicans' money in the fall during a fight over a series of articles published in its monthly newsletter. One article alleged that a gay-rights group indoctrinates students into homosexual sex. http://www.cnn.com/2004/EDUCATION/02/15/whites.only.ap/index.html

  16. Thanks Yasin and John. I can't really put a fuel pump into the cell, no provisioning, so it'll have to be gravity feed.
