Older, ill use the blue as primary and black for accents liek in the headlight buckets under the headlight covers areound the reaerlights on the plastic panel thats there and in the grill it helps emphasize (speeling?) the cars wonderfully simple lines btw i have the paint and such sittin waiting wotn b to long now

aye drftn as always your taste is wonderful! my wife said no z on hood either lol. anyways small touch up spots to do then begin paint wensday i think exhaust work tomorrow will try to get a full shot at a 45 from front and back up tomorrow too

how hard to take my 280z 2+2 to the 175-200 RWHP range? and how expensive anyone know off hand? any guides or step by steps? thanks ron

Im currently in process of doing the body work on my 280zx 2+2 Bumperless all the way around fabbed up front when i get done ill put some prepaint pics up for you guys prolly in a seperate thread within the next week Ireally liek the bumperless look, much cleaner smoother Creech

That 2nd one i really like reminds me of a bastard thre way child between my 92TT 87na 78L6 i like it if ya get any more drawings especially of the rear that follow that Train of thought as far as from a rear angle, a 45 and a fron tlooking to rear 45 angle Hehehe if you follow that drawing out more post em i really liek the way that looks and im at a stage of bodywork that those might be doable

Anyone have any pictures of the instant flares(from the Zstore) for a 78 280 2+2? This car is mostly stock but was wonderin how these would look on it i have some new rims and such lined up for it but one step at a time!

On the test panles im doing ive been playin with viscosity out of my gun(ergo the mixture) and (seconds out of my viscosity cup seem sto lay the ebst of both worlds with minimum peel in it but a littl ethinner(7seconds or so) and damn near looks perfect. This is on flat laying sheet so who knows how itll look on the car when i get done ith it(prolly goin to have to go thinner, and lighter on the coat), month or two from now i hope ill post the album or a link to such so you guys can see how it goes!

Helped a friend paint his bad *** hoda crx With a chrome paint kit not sure if exactly the same sorry(i now its a ricer but stll bad ***) anyways and the pain tlooke dgreat for about 4 months but after that it jsut kinda faded horribly to a dull silver scratching wasn tot bad of a problem but they do show up more due to the super shiny finish im goin to look over my stuff see if i can find a pic of it

alright may just be me )78 na 280zx auto( but my tranny seems like the passing gear is hard to get to kick in and sometimes wont kick in until going 60 ish miles an hour takeoff kinda sluggish b/c of high gear accel.? i think anyways seems like takin off in to high of gear (first auto ever owned but thats what it reminds me of) BUt what im gettin to is how do you adjsut the linkage so that the "passing gear" kicks in sooner? and is this a linkage prob? or what? thanks agina guys ron

Is there a safe way to run dual exhaust on a stock 78 280 2+2? i know i could just drive to the shop but sometime i think those guys are out for cash and i dotn want to get dangerous know what im saying? im worried about gettin it to close to the gast tank and/or fuel lines but dearly want a dual exhasut 280 thanks ron
