Ive seen alot of people wanting consoles and dashes. Door skins would be a nice item. Id also like to see a basic flat spoiler. (Ill get some pictures)
Or one of these.
Id provide a template if needed.
Anyone thought of using a lathe and piece of thin walled aluminum tubing to form the velocity stacks? I saw on the discovery channel them using a wood tool to stretch a thin walled pipe into a pot. Im guessing you could do the same thing but make a curved edge?
Also being that Im in metals and have access to a plasma cutter table (and tomorrows last day of school) Im going to design it in the morning and try to get 6 cut out. These will be the flanges that connect the bends to the lower runners.
Heres some aluminum I got from my grandpa for FREE, he didnt need it and I knew Id use it somehow.... and I did.
Im still trying to figue out what exact car it was. It looked like a Saab 900 but Im not sure, front tilt hood, and little vents in the rear fenders. I might go back to see so I can try to get more of these!
Looks good, but Id think it would be cool to add which heads can fit which motor with what modification, what is the resulting compression, good/bad swap, etc.
Well I was at the junkyard today and found what looked to be from a really small 4 cylinder, it was a "dual stage" throttle body. It had two butterfly valves, one smaller one that opened at low throttle levels and than the second larger one that opens up at full throttle. Anyone know what this is off of or cars that used this? I didnt have any hex keys to remove it so I left it. Might go back for it.
