I have a 1990 2+2 300zx that shakes while shifting from a dead stop to first gear rolling, and when im shift to reverse. I have already replace the motor mounts, it has a new flywheel and clutch the diff rear mounts are new. A Z1 motorsports 1-piece drive shaft.
any suggestions from the experts.

Just wanted to know if someone knows how to make those plates. Using z31 turbo cv's to 240z stub axle. Need the plate that welds to the stub axle companion flange, bolts on to the z31 cv's.

I dunno but last time i checked i used a plastic tool used to center the clutch and its the same diameter at has the same number of tooth i check with a 280zx clutch. and i use to have a 93 240sx with 89 manual tranny...the plastic tool was for a ka24de clutch.

Thats how mine looked like. after patching
Its really hard to get tthe dents out of the rear because of the spare tire well but since you cut yours out i think you can hammer it out

when i had my 240sx i put my silvia headlights in the oven to soften the glue it works great just don't leave them to long. as for the 240z taillights the glue was so dried up that i just used a screw driver to take the lens out also try to used a razor knife around the edge of the lens.

i used kreem sealer.
first time doing this so it came out ok.
heres are some pictures.It was eihter doing it myself or paying almost $300 dollars to have a shop do it.
it was so hot in the Inland Empire july 4 that i didn't have time to remove some of the leftover sealer so i got some drips. stuff dries quick but you have to leave it for atleast 2 days for it to fully cure.

I'm using Z32 seats I had to fabricate new mounts for them so i can get the stock height as the original 240z seats wich i think is about 35 inches from the floor to the top of the seat.

Thats what i used with the drill i just applied the mothers metal polish and i just polished it, keep on adding more polish until it gets shiny. first time doing this.

i think is called MOTHERS METAL POLISH its in a little blue container i got it at autozone.

Enkei mesh wheels for $180.. 15x7 rear 0 offset with 3 inch lip and the front have a higher offset with 2 inch lip.
