  1. Is one of your brake line in your kit diffrent and shorter then the other ? Ill try to take pictures of the hole thing im finishing it up this afternoon
  2. No need to worry hook it up check the comp ratio on all cylinder and and change ALL fluids and a new timing belt ,and a new head gasket . Those engines are pretty stout if well maintained , if one of the cyl. is not compressing in the FSM specs open up and rebuild it .

  4. GTE head cant go on GE because the oil passage and water gallery are diffrent . Both the blocks are diffrent .

  7. Wedge real name Yves - 1978 280Z had it for 2 months now waiting on brake lines to finish inspection and plate it .

  9. 215/45-17 will fit on 7" so i presume 225 would fit on 8" but will be tight like a tiger 245/40/17 seems to be the best size
  10. I have one of those kodak videocam too but its post WW2 1949 to be precise . Gotta love the cameras too that thing is like gold !
  11. It has to be a Chevy one to work with the 1UZFE or the the input shaft wont be of the right dimension .
  12. Any updates on the swap ? and is it just me or it looks like their is more space in the engine bay then in the original Z32 ?

  17. R154 is rated around 500hp most them break because of week a thrust washers in the tranny like clifton said it can be fix by chryo"ing" it . But i was saying go with tremec because Thorracing sells a kit with all you need to hook up the TKO man. 5 speed to it its nearly bullet proof .
  18. For all your 1UZ need : http://www.lextreme.com/forums/ good people lot of knowledge and lots of parts for TT project ,unlike the VH ... as far as i know . And IMO for the tranny go with a Tremec TKO600 for a chevy they are stronger then V160 and way cheaper they handle LOTS of power unlike the R154 . 1UZFETT in a MK4 supra in all its glory !!
  19. He wants to make a vh45DETT in the end with all the plumbing and tranny the VH should be heavier then the already TT VG no ?
