Ok some help needed have a 1970 S30 running a RB26 engine and the RB25 gearbox my RB25 propshaft has a different fitting and will not bolt up to a R200 diff should I just have the propshaft cut and shut with a S30 propshaft, or are there any other diffs that will work with out any major surgery ?

When you had your original sump can you remember the amount of oil used to fill ?

Surge tank looking good just one point i had to buy a second bigger surge tank a 4 litre unit as i also have a twin pump set up and was worried about under full throttle i would run the smaller unit dry. Pictures of my new set up.

Yes he will make some more his web site is www.djs30.com and his name is Dave Jarman he has been building and racing Z for over 20 years i have bought lots of parts from him over the years and have alway found him very helpful.

Thanks for the comment wheels are Watanabe RS R-TYPE 16 x 8.5 with a 225 50 16 tyre on the front rears are 16 x 9.5 and a 255 50 16 tyre on standard size ZG overfenders I also will be running a track day wheel and tyre set up with 15 x 8.5 on the fronts and 15 x 10 rears with racing tyres.

Not a problem here to help out best to remove small bits at first to get the correct angle.

Thanks very easy job to do i bought the chrome letters from a local car spares shop they come with a double sided tape to the rear side, all i did was cover the letter R in a red vinyl to give it a Nissan badge look and had the cover polished and stuck them down. Can post a step by step guide if you want up on the forum ?

Yes taken about a 1" mellon slice out off the plemium and welded the flange back on this takes it away from the inner wing and now it now points to the large hole in the rad support pannel will post up some pictures tomorrow.

Great progress i have the same intake manifold i found that it was to close to the inner wing and had to cut it about to make it fit better.

Parts have been bought from all over the world keep a look out on ebay.

Have it rebuilt or buy new from Nissan.

Pictures of the steering unit ECU and control box have also taken a picture of the installation diagram/layout and the control box functions if you need some more info please let me know i am going to talk with the chap that built it all for me to see if he will make some more and what the $ will be.

Kit was made here in the UK by a Z specialist it all bolts into the pedal box and is hidden from sight all you can see is the control box, i will post up so more pictures of the kit.
