I was playing around in photoshop a couple days ago trying out different paint schemes for my Z. Decided to give this a shot. It's similar to Veritech's Camo Zzzap (which is awesome IMO) but it has the Rogue Status "Gun Show" pattern instead of camo. My Z is going to be semi-gloss black instead the gloss black in the picture. (The picture is photoshopped picture of rguanlao's car from the "wheel show" thread btw, not mine) It's just a quick photochop to get an idea of how it would look so don't be too harsh haha. So what do you guys think?

Lol, I think there's something to that though. Here in NC I usually had a couple ppl a week revving their motors trying to race. This was back when I had just got my z. Rust spots, primer, and bone stock everything must mean I'm trying to race everyone that I can . Haven't anybody trying to race the Z for a while though...that's probably because it has been on the road for about a year though

You can use the timing components from an A32 Maxima VQ30DE and use the A32 ecu and not have to worry about having all the integral parts of the 350z system. But I imagine this would probably cost you some power since you'd be giving up the variable timing and the tuning of the 350z. But If you tune it with a standalone or something, you could probably get alot of that power back, but I don't know for sure.

Well even though I have been able to find any videos of the GReddy piece, I think I'm gonna go with it. From what you've said it sounds like the TiC is what I'm looking for. I'll post a video when I get to that part of the project. Thanks for the advice.

The headunit in the MDX was aftermarket so I don't necessarily think you'd have to find a stock one. I didn't have a chance to ask my friend today. I'll call him tomorrow and get back to you Arif.

My friend's mom has one in her MDX. I'll ask him which head unit she has.

I want to be able to have a conversation with whoevers riding with me but still hear the engine. And when I really get on it I want it fairly loud, but nothing obnoxious. But when it gets loud I still want it to sound good, not just loud.

I think you're thinking of the HKS Carbon-Ti. The Greddy piece has no carbon fiber. It is just a titanium tip though, the rest is stainless. Would the Greddy muffler have a similar sound to the Apexi N1? I've found a few videos of that muffler but can't seem to find any of the Greddy muffler.

That G35 was featured in Import Tuner a couple months ago. It's awesome.

I'm considering using the 60mm Greddy Ti-C universal muffler on when I finish building my engine. The engine will be a flat-top L28 with a shaved E31 with a lopey cam. Does anyone have any videos or sound clips of similar engines using the Greddy muffler or even a similar muffler. I'm just trying to get an idea of what its going to sound like before I buy it. Thanks

I just watched it, and I really liked it. I watched it not expecting a documentary, just an entertaining one. And IMO, that's what all of the F&F movies were made for, entertainment. And yeah, I noticed a lot of inaccuracies, but I wasn't expecting everything to be spot on. Maybe I'm just too easy on filmakers lol. And Aziza, I saw your car, I'm famous by association now! lol

I realized on my way to work yesterday that these mirrors don't vibrate any more then my Maxima does Because of the stereo lol. And I think I'm gonna try the foam that akumazeto mentioned because I really like the look.
