Well since no one else decided to say hi and since I'd like to say welcome. I'm actually doing almost the same project as you have on your hands. But my 82 was never originally turbo. I'm putting it all together slowly but surely. I hope to have it done by this summer. Good luck. Oh and I'm not sure if anyone has told you but use the hell out of the search function you'll get far that way.

I would recommend the turbo manifold. I have an extra cause I bought the turbo one originally then went with an N42 Non-EGR manifold. I'd be willing to let that other one go for a good price. Turbo conversion coming along smooth. I'll get some pics up soon.

Oh really. Well that works out. As long as everything is labeled I can cut and splice. Does this replace the stock ECU?

Will it work with a stock turbo manifold?

Anyone heard of using a 90mm throttle body on an L28? They sell conversions for the 240SX so the throttle spacer would work.

Yeah I know thats why I said that I had already searched. Yeah I figured I would have to change out the head.

OK so I have my L26 sittin there with the intake manifold off cause everyone knows those L26 carbs are shite. And I have all the makings for an L28 EFI system so I was wondering if anyone knows if it will bolt on to the L26 block? I searched the threads and saw that no one has discussed it so I figured I'd throw it out there.

A buddy of mine just called me up sayin he just got a 240Z and he wants to put an RB engine in it. So I need to know if anyone has one and if I should go with a four or six. I'm leaning toward the straight six but tell me what you guys think.

Hi there. I started a thread but I headed it wrong. But yeah I've been on a member for a couple weeks but haven't really got on to say hi yet. I'll give you a little background of myself...I've got two Z's soon to be three. I've got an 82 280ZX that I'm tryin to do a turbo conversion on right now. and a 74 260Z that I'm going to put a small block chevy in. So if you guys have any tips with the turbo conversion I would appreciate it. Oh yeah also I'm out here in Arizona. Is there anyone who is out this way that knows of 240Z's for sale out this way?

And I've got a 74 260Z that I'm eventually putting a small block chevy in it. Yes I know I sound like everyone else on here so I figured I just join the club.
